Booking an Appointment

We are a small capacity, speakeasy style nail studio built on the idea that taking care of yourself should be a treat — not a chore.

Our east Austin studio is currently open 7 days a week. We also offer offsite, commercial, and private bookings whenever you need it with advance notice. If you are looking for a day or time that we don’t have available please email us at Concierge@curestudios.com or text us at 512-265-7879 and let us know what you are looking for. We’d be happy to help!

In order to give each of our clients adequate time to receive their treatments, we have a few standards for our appointments:

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so 24 hours in advance. If it is less than 24 hours, we will charge you 100% of your scheduled service fee. Our team gets paid by the appointment and we must protect their time and livelihoods. For groups of 4 or more, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a 100% group service charge.

Late Policy
We are appointment only and most days, our team is back to back. Even if you’re only 5 minutes behind, please let us know via phone or text. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we can not guarantee that we can accommodate your booking and still get others in at their slotted times. After 3 tardy appointments (past 15 minutes late), we reserve the right to collect a 50% deposit up front and charge a $15 late fee. Our goal is to be dependable, credible, and convenient and we craft our calendar in a way that allows us to be all of those things. Give us a ring if you’re late and we’ll see if we can still accommodate or reschedule you!

Walk-Ins
Between open & 6pm, we have a small buffer built in for Walk-Ins. However, to give you the best experience possible appointments are strongly recommended. Feel free to give us a ring and see if we can get you in!
